Environmental Science and Field Expertise for Federal Coastal Programs
3DUB is a federally aligned environmental services firm headquartered in the U.S. Virgin Islands, delivering marine science, coastal field expertise, and environmental compliance capabilities to agencies and prime contractors operating across the Caribbean and CONUS coastal regions
Federal Mission Posture
3DUB brings marine science, coastal systems expertise, and field-based environmental capabilities to programs requiring rigorous field execution and data-driven assessment. Operating from the U.S. Virgin Islands, we bring Caribbean-native presence and regional federal program familiarity — with the capacity to deploy across CONUS coastal regions when program requirements demand it.
Our Environmental Division is aligned with programs managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NOAA, EPA Region 2, and the Department of the Interior — independently and in support of prime contractors pursuing environmental services, coastal resilience, and marine ecosystem programs.
